At Blended Farm Fresh, we proudly offer local delivery of fresh, farm-to-table meals throughout Stafford and Fredericksburg, VA. Below is our delivery policy to help you understand how and when to expect your orders.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to:

Nearby areas on a case-by-case basis (please call to confirm)
2. Delivery Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekend deliveries available by request for catered events
3. Ordering & Cut-Off Times

Individual meal orders must be placed a day in advance or by 11:00 AM on the day of delivery.

Same-day deliveries are subject to availability.

Event catering deliveries should be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
4. Delivery Fees

FREE delivery for orders over $25

A $5 flat fee applies for smaller orders
5. Delivery Method

All meals are delivered directly by a Blended Farm Fresh team member to ensure freshness and quality.

For larger orders, we may confirm delivery time windows to coordinate logistics.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure:

Someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time

Address and contact information is accurate

If no one is available and we are unable to reach you, your order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee may apply
7. Delays or Issues
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. No Shipping via Mail or Courier
Blended Farm Fresh does not offer shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other courier services. All deliveries are local and made by our in-house team.
